Rize Industries took their new F150 out of the fab shop and straight to Exalt on their way to debut the new truck at the 2009 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. This truck features Rize's new Long Travel suspension package for the 2009+ Ford F150s along with a slew of other performance modifications. I must say, the total package is quite impressive and I can't wait to take the truck out to the desert and see how it performs in its environment. If all goes as planned, there's a real good chance Exalt will build the #2 F150 Rize PreRunner for our next company truck.

Exalt Customs is pleased to announce the delivery of a one-off custom build of a 2009 Ford Super Duty.

This one-off build was delivered by Exalt's "Customs" division. In this build, Exalt removed the rear leaf springs on this 2009 Ford F250 Super Duty and replaced it with a custom 4-link rear end built in-house. King 3.0 coil-overs and King nitrogen bump-stops handle the compression and rebound dampening on all 4 corners with limit straps controlling the droop when the wheels come off the ground. All of the suspension components were custom built, as was the cross-over steering.

Make no joke about it, this is a 2009 Super Duty built to Trophy Truck standards, putting this vehicle in a class of its own!

This was actually the second build of this truck. The first build in February 2009, featured a Rize lift kit with King 2.5" coil-overs in front next to a King 2.5" smooth body reservoir shock. The Exalt Custom steering allowed us to get roughly 14" of lift, with excellent handling characteristics.

Here you can see the custom reverse 4-link we built, allowing for the use of King 3.0 coilovers and King nitrogen filled bump stops in their place.

Over the past week we had two crew cab Toyota Tundra's come into Exalt Customs and have Truxxx leveling kits installed. The kits came complete from Truxxx with everything we needed to get rid of the "tail in the air" stance that stock tundras come with from the factory. By installing these leveling systems the owners are now able to clear 33" tires without rubbing. Check out these custom anodized King shocks for an 04-08 Ford F150 4WD. The front 2.5" shocks have a special 6061 T-6 aluminum top plate that allows for 100% bolt on install with no cutting or welding required. A special fitting allows for the reservoir tube to come out the top of the shock for clearance and the supplied brackets mount to original bumper mounting bolts which place the reservoir in a visible location for great looks. The shocks have massive 1" spherical bearings for superior strength and durability. The rear shocks are 2.5" piggyback's that have matching valving for an awesome ride on and offroad. Exalt is pleased to announce the delivery of a 2009 Ford Super Duty featuring a Rize lift, King shocks, Exalt custom steering, BMF wheels, Toyo tires, AMP PowerSteps, Allied rear leafs and more. This truck was designed, spec'd and built all in-house in our Customs division. The owner of this truck lives in San Jose (Northern California) and drove approximately 1000 miles, round trip, passing numerous truck and off-road shops to have his new Super Duty built at Exalt in San Diego.

Exalt Customs R&D department has developed a new steering system that allows the 2008 and 2009 Ford Superduty to be lifted over 12 inches. This is a Cross Over steering design that keeps all the steering angles as minimal as possible, which results in factory like ride quality and steering with zero bump steer.
